1Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including:

• Full name
• Contact number
• Email address
• Date of birth
• Location

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Zorpido Cafe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or zorpido's rules not followed.

2Loyalty & Wallet Rewards Program

By creating an account, customers are automatically enrolled in the Zorpido Wallet Rewards Program.

• Earn Points: Customers earn 1 point for every NPR 10 spent on completed orders paid via Cash or QR/Online Payment.
• Instant Wallet Reward: After a successful order, earned points are automatically converted into Zorpido Wallet Balance and added to the customer's account.
• Wallet Conversion: Customers receive 10% wallet reward based on the points earned from that order.
• Redeem Anytime: Wallet balance can be used to pay for future food and drink orders, partially or fully.
• Not Eligible: Orders completed using Credit or Wallet Balance do not earn new points or wallet rewards.

Example: Spend NPR 1,000 → Earn 100 points → Receive NPR 10 in wallet balance automatically.

Discount & Points Policy: Discounts apply only when a single snacks & sips order totals NPR 500 or more. Loyalty points are earned on all orders, regardless of order value.

Wallet Reward Rules

• Wallet rewards are added automatically after the order is marked as Completed.
• Customers can view their current wallet balance in their account or at the POS.
• Wallet balance has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and can only be used at Zorpido Cafe.

2.1 Loyalty Tiers & Benefits

• Zorpido Starter (0 – 1000 points):

  🎁 Welcome free drink: Enjoy free cold drinks(worth of NPR 50) on your 2nd visit.

• Zorpido Select (1001 – 2000 points):
  ✅ 5% Flat Discount on all snacks (Everyday),
  ✅ Double Points every Tuesday,
  ✅ 1 Free Drinks (worth of NPR 150) once a month,
  "You’re part of the furniture now. The usual?"
• Zorpido Gold+ (2001 – 5000 points):
  💛 7% Flat Discount on Snacks & Sips(Everyday),
  💛 Double Points every Tuesday,
  💛 2 Free Drinks (worth of NPR 250) once in a month,
  💛 Birthday Bonus: +500 points (one-time per year),
  "You’re more than a guest; you’re a VIP."
• Zorpido Elite (5001+ points):
  👑 10% off snacks & sips (Everyday),
  👑 The Elite: 3 Free drinks(non-alcoholic) of your choice every month,
  👑 birthday Age = % Off (max 30%) on Snacks & Non-Alcoholic Drinks only and 3× points,
  👑 Birthday Bonus: +500 points (one-time per year),
  “You’re at the top. Elite status is earned, not given.”

2.2 Important Loyalty Conditions

• Loyalty benefits are not valid if you have pending dues
• All previous balances must be cleared to earn or redeem points
• Customers must be regular: If no order is placed for 72 continuous hours, 5% of total loyalty points will be deducted automatically
• Zorpido Cafe reserves the right to modify reward rates, tier benefits, or promotional offers at any time.

2.3 Loyalty Program Bonus & Point Boosts

Zorpido Cafe may offer additional point-earning opportunities, including:

• Festival & event bonuses
• Surprise rewards during promotions
• Bonus points for higher-value or frequent orders

These offers are subject to change and availability.

3In-Store Credit & Payments

• Limited credit is available only to trusted and regular customers
• Credit can be added only by authorized staff
• Credit must be cleared within the agreed timeframe
• A late handling fee of Rs. 200 will be applied at the end of the operational week if payment remains unpaid and credit limit is exceeded
• While credit is pending: Loyalty benefits will be paused
• Repeated delays may result in suspension of credit eligibility and suspension from loyalty programs

4House Rules

• Be kind and respectful
• Enjoy responsibly and fairly
• Respect staff, guests, and cafe property
• Please note: Outside food, drinks, and cigarettes are not permitted inside the cafe. A small penalty of NPR 50 will be added to the bill if this rule is not followed.

4.1 Compliance & Consequences

• Ineligibility for offers and promotions
• Disqualification from loyalty points or programs
• Restriction from future benefits
• Other actions deemed necessary by management

Zorpido Cafe reserves the right to make final decisions in such cases.

5Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data is used only for account management, orders, and personalized offers
• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties

6Cookies Policy

• Essential cookies are required for functionality
• Optional cookies (analytics/marketing) may be accepted or declined
• Some third-party services may also use cookies

7Intellectual Property

• Content may not be copied or reused without written permission
• Website access is for personal, non-commercial use only

8Limitation of Liability

Zorpido Cafe is not responsible for delays or losses caused by power outages, internet issues, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events.

If Zorpido Cafe is at fault, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order only.

9Disclaimers

• Website and menu information may change without notice
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for negligence causing injury, fraud, or rights protected by law

10Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
